Biography
Espartaco is an OpenSource contributor on projects related to knowledge, data and Python.
On day time is a IT worker for the Mexican government, but is also dedicated to provide a better experience on publishing of statistical data about Mexico public education. Recently has been involved on the first Open Data initiative of Federal Government (of Mexico).
He has been working with ancient tools like Visual FoxPro, transmute to .NET framework and in the last two years, use Python on almost everything.
