Biography
Claude Rubinson is an assistant professor of sociology at the University of Houston–Downtown where he teaches research methods, sociology of culture, and social inequality. His research uses comparative-historical methods, including qualitative comparative analysis and other set-theoretic techniques, to examine how global political–economic instability affects art and aesthetics. He has released a series of computer programs for conducting and visualizing set-theoretic social research.
